Citizen Charter

01. All rights to the hospital's medical services are available.

0. Excluding departments from 8.00am to 2.30pm (except public holidays).

03. Emergency department is open 24 hours (even on government and other holidays).

04. All types of medical services and necessary counseling are available in the following departments:

05. Provide supply-based medicines free of charge, but for the treatment, some medicines may be purchased from the outside of the center.

06. Foods provided free of cost to the patients, according to the doctor's advice, according to government fees, blood, stool-urinary x-ray benefits and free cough test.

07. Treatment of 24-hour medical treatment with ORT corner for diarrhea patient.

08. Day-to-day emergency services (delivery) medical facilities.

09. General and major operation services according to existing facilities.

10. Directly under the supervision of health workers (DOTS) treatment of tuberculosis and distribution of free medicines.

11. Obesity vaccine for 0-1 year old diphtheria, hooping, arthritis, measles, polio, tuberculosis and hepatitis Disease.

12. Medical services of 0-5 years old children at IMCI Corner separately.

13. Providing medical services to pneumonia.

14. Vaccination of TT5-dose bow tuck according to women's schedule of 15-49 year olds.

15. Education related to health reproduction and nutrition in patients coming to the hospital and patient patients.

16. Helping couples with family planning advice and selection of methods.

17. Referred patients from various sub-health centers, community clinics, health and family welfare centers

       Serve more seriously.

18. If needed, refer some patients to the district hospital for better treatment.

19. Free admission and treatment services for patients.

20. Ambulance service is open to all under the government policy.
